What happens in a session?

My style is to work at a pace that you are happy and comfortable with. You have autonomy and it is very much up to you to talk about issues that you would like to speak about. We will look at any homework/exercises that may have been given previously and discuss the outcomes. Moving forward, we will jointly design a bespoke plan for you.

What does Integrative mean?

It means that I work with a variety of different therapy approaches. This allows me to ‘integrate’ multiple therapies depending on what each individual needs.

Who do you work with?

I work with people aged 18 and over. On special circumstances I may work with 16-17 year olds, please ring to discuss.  I do not work with people under the age of 16. If you require help for a child it is best to contact the BACP who can recommend therapists for you.

How many sessions should I book?

After our initial 15-minute chat, you can book your first assessment session and then together we can decide how many sessions we need to start with and review as you progress.

Where do the sessions take place?

I currently only take sessions via zoom for the time being.

How much does each session cost?

Psychotherapy prices are £65 per session for 50 minutes.

Coaching prices are £90 per session on 90 minutes.

I also offer concessions to students and low-income clients.

No one should be denied counselling so please contact me if you wish to discuss other arrangements.

Discounts are offered for block bookings.

When can I have sessions?

I offer sessions from Monday-Friday, and some weekends between 10am and 9pm.
